The Non‑Negotiables

All clients are required to attend a complimentary initial consultation prior to commencing electrolysis. This consultation allows us to assess suitability for treatment, discuss individual goals, and determine eligibility. For a full list of contraindications to electrolysis, please refer to our contraindications page.

Before any treatment can proceed, clients must also complete a short medical questionnaire and provide informed consent. This information ensures treatments are delivered safely, appropriately, and in line with professional standards of care.

These steps are essential to protect your wellbeing and to ensure the highest level of treatment outcomes.

Booking & Attendance Policy

Late arrivals will incur the full fee of the appointment booked.
Any changes to existing appointments are treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
All fees must be paid in full prior to treatment.
Appointments cannot be rebooked until all outstanding fees have been settled.

As a small business, we carefully manage our appointment schedule. Late arrivals and missed appointments affect our ability to accommodate other clients, including those on our waitlist. We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
